[Some of my favorite things about working with BCG & my legal placement professional as her] responsiveness and attentiveness. She was really good about sending me opportunities as they became available. The openings and firms that were sent to me were some that I wouldn't have likely found on my own. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend my legal placement professional.

My recruiter was very professional. She responded and took a lot of questions both during office hours and outside of office hours, which is very helpful. The process was a very efficient process. I like how I was provided firms, which my recruiter believed were a good fit for me. I was able to review them and provide responses. If it took me a couple of extra days to review something or get back to my recruiter, she would always reach back out and make sure I was staying on top of the ball, which is very helpful.It helped find jobs and listings that I otherwise would not have found online. And it also helped introduce me to law firms that I otherwise would not have known about or would not have known to research. I've only briefly worked with one other recruiter individually. I would say it ranked very high up there, definitely higher than my other experience. Like I said, the efficiency and the ability to really motivate and push me was helpful. The one other recruiter I worked with would show you all these different jobs and say, these are all great; you are great. That's just not realistic. I think BCG did a good job at maintaining expectations and helping point you in a direction and making it clear, this might be a firm that would be more of a reach, or this is definitely one that we should be looking at, I really appreciated those insights.

My first impression of BCG was very good, because Harrison and I had about a two hour phone call. I'm very surprised that he spent that much time talking with me. He was interested in my background in graduate school, and I really think that it was more like a personal conversation, rather than a conversation geared toward an object of me trying to find a job, which was cool. Another good thing about it was that I got the sense that he was really trying to drill down and get information to make sure that you guys could do a good job for me. That was probably the best part of the experience, was that first thing that happened right of the bat, and that first call with Harrison.

I was able to do things that make money while you guys were finding me a job, which made my life easier.

When I think of BCG I think of the word professional, and I get the sense that you guys don't regard me as a commodity, a fundable unit that you just need to get rid of with somebody so that you can get your cash flow going.

In my experience, I would rank you and one other person as the very top experiences that I've had.

I had the opportunity to work with my recruiter in connection with a recent search for a corporate law associate position. She was a pleasure to work with for the duration of my job search. In the beginning of the job search, my recruiter assisted me in framing my goals and identifying which type of law firms would be a good match for my career objectives and qualifications. Most importantly, her work yielded an excellent final result as I received offers from several highly ranked law firms. I highly recommend my recruiter to any attorney interested in making a lateral move.

Annie was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions as they came up. If I expressed interest or a lack of interest in something she filtered [the jobs] accordingly so I thought that was great. Annie was really fantastic! She called me before and helped me prep with the different meetings and she sent emails with helpful information as well. I have lots of positive things to say! She was also persistent; my search took a long time so that was helpful. How did working with us make you job search easier? Handling all of if! Not having to send out a million cover letters and vetting the firms individually was great. She communicated and arranged things and timelines with the firms which was very helpful.
