Basically, I didn't have to do anything until I got the job offer. I never had to check in, she would check in with me and she always worked around my schedule if I was really busy. It made it possible for me to look for and get a new job while working full time and being busy with my other job. My legal placement professional did a really good job at editing my materials that I sent in and giving me ideas on them, which usually others just edited grammar and such on them.Q.Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's?A.You check in more often, which is really nice. She also checked in with the firm's more often, she kept checking in with the hiring partners to give me updates and I hadn't seen that before. Usually recruiters told me that they had to wait 14 days and she didn't.

I would say Becca's responsiveness and thoroughness with explanations providing as much contact as possible [was my favorite part of working with BCG]. I just left it in her hands. A recruiter in the Chicago office found me my job. She was very helpful, she was very responsive and she got results. I had a resume that was a little non-traditional since I had moved a few times. I don't know what she did, but she got results. She also set up interview coaching sessions with me. She did a lot of the leg work. I never had to follow up with her to see the status or anything, as she kept me regularly up to date. It was about three weeks between the time I was working with her and the time I got a job. It wasn't a long drawn out process. I found my recruiter to be very professional, effective, and legitimate. Maybe a better word is actually knowledgeable. My legal placement professional was very attentive and very much aware of what I wanted, what I didn't want, she was casting a wide net, but she took into account what I was really looking for so I really appreciated that instead of doing the mass resume thing. I like that she was really responsive and one of the things I really appreciated about working with her is that she was very involved, I had issues like when should I send my notice and so on and she basically guided me through the whole thing and is still guiding me so I really appreciated that about working with her.
